I am responsible for a small truck fleet in North Little Rock Arkansas that has twenty-five Peterbilt tractors and thirty-two pneumatic tank trailers. When I came to work here we had a serious tire wear problem over all the fleet, both trucks and trailers. After trying several alignment shops in the area I was referred to Gary at Precision Truck Alignment for help. Gary inspected a couple of our trucks and discussed with me our type of operation, recommended some alignment specs that he assured me would help us. He aligned several of our tractors and discovered eighteen of our trailers had serious problems of going into negative camber when loaded. The trailer manufacturer, as well as the axle manufacturer denied any possibility of negative camber occurring, even though new tires would wear to the steel belts in six months or less. Gary bent our trailer axles to what he said the camber needed to be as well as correcting the toe in. The excessive tire wear stopped overnight! I had tires run for over two years on those same trailers and we run well over a hundred thousand miles per year. The tractors also displayed increased wear on all three axles. Tire life on the average doubled over what we had been experiencing. To say that we were happy with the results is an understatement. We now have Gary perform a three axle alignment on every new truck we buy before it pulls the first load. Alignment specs are incorrect on eighty percent of the brand new trucks. We have been committed to a professional relationship with Gary for many years now and will go nowhere else for our alignment needs. Gary and his wife, who works in the office, are great people and they care about doing quality work for every customer they have. They are more than just business partners, they’re good friends as well. I would recommend anyone owning any class truck to give Gary a call.

These guys were my last ditch effort to get an alignment that was actually going to solve my issues! I was referred to them from other drivers I work with at Oakley. They promptly got to me at my appointment time and I was amazed with the outcome. I had them balance my new steers on my truck along with the alignment and after getting back on the road I've never had a truck that would track straight as it now does. I also saw an increase on fuel mileage of between .3-.4 better mpg, no vibration or steering wheel wobble etc. I have since gone back after getting new steer tires and had them again balance them on the truck and check/adjust my alignment. They were as prompt and professional this time as they were before! I highly recommend that if you want the most out of your tires and fuel, you give these guys a chance to fix your problems!!! I had my truck aligned here a few months ago. The staff was very friendly and worked very hard on my truck to loosen the tie rod ends that were rusted tight. I thought I would have to replace them, but they worked at it until they got it and didn't charge extra for the headache it caused them. Very highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys!!! Gary and his business stand behind their work. I took my Motorhome there and had it aligned along with wheel balancing and drive tire straightening. This place is awesome! Gary is very knowledgeable, Daniel was very helpful, and Melanie was very pleasant. I came in for an alignment and tire rotation. Being an over- the- road truck driver I needed some one and some place I felt comfortable spending my money, and I didn't want to go to a big box retailer and get the same old... junky service. I had the option of going anywhere, like Southern Tire Mart and I chose to come to them. They treated me with respect, dignity and honesty, and they didn't over charge nor did they try to up sale every service. Gary simply laid it out on the line for me and I understood everything he laid out, we walked through OUR plan of attack (because he's in it with me, not trying to take everything he can get from me.) I would recommend Precision Truck to anyone who will listen. They're as appreciative of my service as much as I am to give it to them. This is an alignment shop. Not a place that does alignments as a side gig, so the quality of service I received is way better than the Goodyears and TAs of the world. They have the tools for the job, which included straightening the steer axle to set the camber in my case. Personable owner and decent prices. Highly recommend
